Private company Uventa had started in 1994 right after the Soviet Union collapsed. Since then for 25 years it has grown up from a small business into significant corporation interested in non-Ukrainian markets.

"When you work in agribusiness, growth is becoming a logical philosophy."

At the very beginning Uventa was engaged only in agricultural trade, but later necessity to go beyond trade became obvious, and the business went into agricultural production. In 2000 Uventa has already used near 8 000 ha of rented lands. But still, it wasn’t any edge.

The first one was mini-carrot brand Morkishka which is well known to all Ukrainians nowadays.

As success needed to be scaled the carrot was followed by Fruit Riot which is the brand for dried fruits and vegetables. The next was Mandry.in.ua for seed and nuts. These three directions will be developed by Uventa in the nearest future.
